Wonderful Comebacks!

India had lost the 1st Test match to Sri Lanka by an innings and a mammoth 239 runs! South Africa chasing a target of 283 had lost 4 wickets for just 93 runs! But, everything turned in their favour with time.

India which has a good batting line up didn't play well in the first Test against Sri Lanka. But, in the second Test Sehwag showed them the way with an unbeaten 201 n.o. which ultimately was the main factor behind their victory. Sri Lanka bowled well in the second Innings, but their batting led them down heavily. But, this time around the Indian spinners showed their potential by grabbing 15 wickets in the match.

On the other hand, South Africa were in a different situation. Chasing a challenging target of 283, they lost some quick wickets in the middle stage of their innings. But, the skipper Graeme Smith showing a never-give-up attitude batted with AB de Villiers to consolidate their innings. After the dismissal of de Villiers, England would have breathed for some air. But, their relief didn't last for long. It was another partnership by Graeme Smith and Mark Boucher which helped them to cruise to victory.

The never-to-give-up attitude indeed helps you a lot to win. India and South Africa have shown this to the cricket world. So, now let's hope that the other cricket teams will take this an example and start winning as they never did before.
